Saturday morning, and I’m enjoying the creative efforts of others in the WordPress realm. Steve McCurry’s photographic collection of couples from around the world is Freshly Pressed and reminding me of the power of two.
It’s hard to say which shot is my favorite, but the French photo of the couple with “Alliance” on the wall touched me deeply.
    Which one speaks to you?

  33. So many incredible shots, I find it hard to believe one person with a camera – just in that instant – could be privy to so many poignant moments. How fortunate! Thank you for sharing…

Interesting snapshots of couples from around the world. Our culture so strongly influences how we interact with our significant others. It’s refreshing to see how other countries do couples, and how different they might be from what’s “normal” in our society.

  42. Our culture sheds interesting light on the interactions of couples. PDA is a thing, but sometimes it’s nice to be reminded that affection can be displayed in ways that aren’t degrading or possessive, and instead simply loving. Drink in this clarity.
